According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of Kish Free Zone Organization, the third International Steel Exhibition kicked off in Kish Island on Tuesday, February 19, with the presence of the of the CEO of Kish Free Zone Organization, Iran's deputy minister of industry, mine and trade and the Chief of IMIDRO( Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation), the Managing Director of Iron & Steel Society of Iran, a number of local authorities and managers of reputable domestic and foreign companies in the mining and steel field, and 240 domestic and foreign Companies.
The exhibition is the largest steel exhibition in the country over the past 14 years.
The two-day event is underway in a 14,000 square meter area, and 215 domestic and 25 foreign Companies from Germany, Italy, France, India, Turkey, China, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Sweden, and Spain have taken part in the event.
Also, the 20th Iranian Steel Symposium is held at Kish Convention Center on the sidelines of the exhibition.
