Kish Squash Players Win Medals in Asian Championship
Kish Island, September16, 2015- Kish squash players have earned three bronze medals in Asian Squash Championship.
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Kish Free Zone Organization, this is the first time squash players from Kish win medals in Asian Squash Championship.
Meanwhile, Kish squash players earned three gold, silver and bronze medals during national squash competitions which were held in the northwestern Iranian city of Orumiyeh.
The latest achievements come against the backdrop of the growing trend of athletic activities, particularly squash, in the Persian Gulf island of Kish in recent years.
