Intl. Mining, Cement, Metallurgy Expo to Be Held in Kish
Kish Island, January 23, 2016 - The 2nd edition of the International Exhibition on Investment & Trading Opportunities in Mining, Cement, Metallurgy and Related Industries will be held in Kish Island in late January.
According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Kish Free Zone Organization, more than 80 Iranian and foreign companies are expected to attend the event.
Companies from China, Turkey, Italy, Canada, Australia, Russia, Slovenia, and Germany will take part in the exhibition.
The exhibition will kick off on January 26 and will be underway at Kish International Convention Center until January 29.
The event is mounted as part of efforts to introduce investment opportunities in Iran’s mine industries as well as cement and metallurgy fields. It is also aimed at transferring and sharing modern technology and boosting competition among the related companies.
IMIDRO (Iranian Mines & Mining Industries Development & Renovation Organization), FL Smith, Fars Holding, as well as Minerality Canada Ltd. are among the major companies attending the three-day event.
