Establishment of an aviation data base tops the agenda of the 5-day conference, Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Kish Free Zone Organization quoted a senior Iranian aviation official as saying.
"With the establishment of this data base, pilots will be able to receive online flight and airport information from different regions," Saeed Akbari, the deputy director of Iran's Airports Company said.
Aviation officials from different regional and ultra-regional countries including Kuwait, Libya, Lebanon, Sudan, Oman, Egypt, and UAE have participated in the conference.
Meanwhile, Korosh Fatahi, the director of Kish International Airport, said the gathering is aimed at boosting the ratio of accuracy, precision and security of domestic and international flights.
The conference kicked off on August 29th and will be wrapped up on September 2nd.
