According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Kish Free Zone Organization, the officials of Kish Free Zone Organization and the public relations managers of Iranian airlines had a meeting on May 13, on resuming flights with the presence of Farzaneh Sharafbafi, CEO of Kish Airlines, Saeed Pourali, Deputy of Culture and Social Affairs, Seyed Alireza Alavi Razavi Director pf Public Relations and International Affairs of Kish Free Zone Organization, Reza Jafarzadeh, Public Relations Director of the National Aviation Organization.
At the beginning of the meeting, Seyyed Alireza Alavi Razavi announced the need for airlines to resume flights to Kish from Saturday, May 16, and said: "The resumption of flights to Kish will be carried out in accordance with health protocols and protection of the health of passengers, residents of Kish Island and economic prosperity, and all airlines are required to comply with health protocols."
Alireza Babaei, Special Assistant to the CEO and Public Relations Manager of Kish Airlines, pointed to the need to fulfill the "We take care of you" slogan and pointed to the most important cultural measures and full observance of health protocols at Kish Airlines. The company's actions include wearing masks and cultural pixels, observing social distances in all areas of flight operations, temperature screening of passengers, ensuring the medical safety of the personnel and crew, and following the guidelines of the National and International Aviation Organization.
Reza Jafarzadeh, Public Relations Manager of the National Aviation Organization, stated that we must give accurate, correct and honest answers to the people and observe all the guidelines: "All flights are carried out with the aim of support and have no revenue, but we must try to maintain a higher number of flights by observing health protocols while maintaining the health of passengers and residents of Kish.", he said
Also, Farzaneh Sharafbafi, CEO of Kish Airlines and a member of the board of directors of the Iranian Airlines Association, emphasized the importance of maintaining the stability of Kish Island with the right decision-making approach in the field of culture and media. The presence of all public relations managers during the flight makes it possible to monitor the travel conditions closely, and get comprehensive and sufficient information about cultural activities, paying attention to the health of the residents of Kish Island. "According to the ICAO standard, the flights will be restricted to 25 percent capacity, by the end of 2020," she said.
At the end of the meeting, Seyed Alireza Alavi Razavi, Director of Public Relations and International Affairs of Kish Free Zone Organization, while considering the opinions of public relations managers of the airlines, emphasized that Kish Island has raised health standards in the recent months, and has been successful in controlling Corona by following the rules and procedures, expressing hope that this condition would be maintained with comprehensive monitoring and control of the flights.
