According to the Public Relations and International Affair Department of Kish Free Zone Organization, the exhibition which is underway in a 4,200 square meter area at Kish International Exhibition Center aims at developing construction industry, and promoting tourism in Kish Free Trade Zone, regarding the special status of the zone in exporting goods and services and developing construction infrastructures.
Mostafa Khanzadi, Kish Free Zone Organization's Deputy Director for Construction and infrastructure Affairs was among the KFZO officials taking part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition. During his speech at the inaugural ceremony, he pointed to the exhibition as an economic event which will help promote investment and business on the island.
Representatives of 120 companies and 15 foreign countries including England, Italy, France, Switzerland, Taiwan, China, Turkey, Romania, Estonia, Germany, Spain, Brazil, Russia, Belarus, and Oman have taken part in the exhibition.
The participants are showcasing their latest achievements and capabilities in various fields including construction machinery, technology, and services, construction materials, pipes and fittings, cooling and heating facilities, elevator, safety valves, interior decoration, automatic doors and ceramics during the four-day event.
The exhibition kicked off on November 2 and will be underway until November 5.
