According to the Public Relations and International Affairs Department of Kish Free Zone Organization, contenders for the Iranian championship competed in the Iranian men's draw squash ranking competitions, called Zarbaf Farahan Squash Tournament 2021. The competitions were underway for three days in the Enghelab Sport Complex in Tehran.

At the end of the competitions, Sajjad Zareian and Seyed Mohammad Zia Kashani competed, and Sajjad Zareian beat his opponent 3 -1 and won the championship title.
