Dr. Mounesan said the new investment packages feature “Civilization Theme Road”, a comprehensive investment project which is aimed at boosting tourist attractions in Kish Island.
“54 pieces of land stretching 20,000 to 50,000 square meters have already been designated to the project which will feature the architecture of 7 global civilizations including the Roman, Chinese, Indian and Iranian-Islamic civilizations,” said the KFZO chief.
Dr. Mounesan described the project as “a financially justified” plan which includes various functions such as accommodation, trade and sports facilities, aimed at guaranteeing the safe return of funds.
“The project includes residential, trade, tourism and trade functions which will be appealing to the investors,” the KFZO head added.
The theme road is to be constructed in a 4-kilometer area located between Kish airport and the northern part of the island.
The project has been devised following comprehensive research work and has been designed to meet varying tourism, trade, sports, cultural as well as residential goals.
The multi-purpose theme road is also aimed at setting up a well-equipped urban corridor in Kish island as part of efforts to boost tourism sector in the Persian Gulf island.
It is expected to feature both historic architecture of different civilizations as well as the attractions of Iran’s four-season nature.
